- Net quantity of contents, or amount of product
- Nutrition Facts
- Ingredient and allergen statement
- Name and address of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor
Ingredient Statement
- The ingredients are listed in descending order of weight
- Allergen Statement if it contains any of these products: milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soybeans
The Nutrition Facts Panel must show:
- Serving size
- Household measure/common household unit
- Servings per container
- Mandatory nutrients (total calories, total fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, total carbohydrate, dietary fiber, total sugars, added sugars, protein, vitamin D, calcium, iron, potassium)
